Remove the push horn to access the steering wheel bolt. Don't remove the bolt completly will stop it flying off when removing it. Gentle presuations with a soft mallet is required to remove the wheel.  Push Horn Removed Inside Steering Coloumn Steering wheel removed, inside the steering column. Brass contact is the horn ring contact. New Wheel & Boss fitted & the pencil horn push. The Mountney comes with both black screws & silver, I think the black looks better. Boss & Steering Wheel Fitted The push horn comes with with a crimp clip that broke, so I used a piece of brass plate.
